As soon as your migration has succeeded, we will send you your new login credentials for the CM.com platform as soon as the migration has succeeded. Also, the balance of your MobileWeb account will be moved to your CM.com account. If you have any contact lists, we will import those into your new CM.com Address Book, so you don't have to upload them yourself.
You can just login to the CM.com platform and start sending your campaigns.
The migration will be finished before the end of October. Three days before we will migrate your account we will inform you about the date. You will get your account after the migration.
You will be able to access your statistics in your MobileWeb account until the date of the migration. After your data will be lost. We will give you three day's notice.
In your current MobileWeb account you did not have the option to send Unicode SMS. In your CM.com account you can. Note: your messages might become longer don't send out multiple sms.
