Authorization is the process of reserving funds on a Creditcard. Whenever a Charge is created, we automatically Authorize the requested amount of money.
Two types of Authorization exists: pre-authorization and final authorization. A final authorization must be Captured within 6 days, a pre-authorization within 28 days. If the Capture does not happen in time, the Authorization will be Canceled.
