Communication and payment platform CM.com acquires EventsIT, a specialist in ICT and ticketing for (sports) events, from Rotterdam. This strengthens CM.com's position in the field of registration and access services for sporting events.
EventsIT is a specialist in access-related services for sports events. The company is a supplier to major sports associations and sports organisations and supplies ticketing, registration and accreditation services.
Twelve employees of EventsIT will be transferred to CM.com, of whom 2 permanent employees and 10 support staff. The products of EventsIT become part of the portfolio of CM.com. The office in Rotterdam will continue to exist for at least another year.
CM.com becomes total supplier In the sports sector, it is increasingly important to be at the forefront of technological developments in order to make the sports experience more attractive and to guarantee future revenues. CM.com already provides a number of major players in the sports industry with mobile solutions. A combination of data, ticketing and SMS mobile messaging is used to personally reach and facilitate their supporters.

With the technological knowledge of CM.com we can realize these new developments faster. By bundling processes, we can also work more efficiently.
