The Cape Town event by MoCo Moments takes place in the Watershed at the V&A Waterfront and will host speakers such as Brett StClair (Head of Digital, Barclays), Joana Picq (Jampp) and Arthur Goldstuck (World Wide Worx). Two round-table sessions in between the keynotes provide time to network, discuss and do business, closing the event with a tech playground and drinks (full program here).
‘Environment to start conversations’
MoCo Moments was successfully launched earlier in Paris in 2015. Country Manager James Bayhack of founding partner CM Telecom in South Africa is excited to launch the first MoCo Moments event outside Europe: “Without question, mobile is the future, so for me, MoCo is the perfect environment to start conversations and thought leadership. MoCo Moment’s format is unique to many mobile events that take place across the globe. MoCo Moments is fresh and also doesn't come from the position of trying to sell something, which to me opens people up more and allows them to really create the community we want to build.”

Expanding to Johannesburg, Brussels, Hong Kong
MoCo Moments’ coordinator Anneloes Henskens plans to expand MoCo Moments and will soon launch events in Johannesburg, Brussels and Hong Kong.
