Customer Contact
Besides responding to incoming messages in the Customer Contact tool, you are now able to initiate a conversation as well! Choose the customer’s preferred channel, and start interacting.
Rich WhatsApp Templates
The Channels-tool is now updated with a new feature for your WhatsApp templates. Create rich templates, which can include images, documents and text.
Web check-out in Pages
You can now add a web check out to your mobile lading page in the Pages app. With your CM.com Payments account, the web check out feature is instantly available.
Resell Voice Solutions
Start reselling SIP trunks via CM.com. The Voice Management app is updated to setup customer prices, and create subaccounts.
