Customer Contact app

Stay in touch with your customers through the Customer Contact app of CM.com. Add all their favourite communication channels such as Twitter, Facebook Messenger, SMS and WhatsApp. Get a clear overview of your contact requests, assign incoming messages to an agent, or answer by using auto-reply. Try the Customer Contact tool today.

Voice Campaigns

Voice Campaigns has been updated and redesigned. Use Voice Campaigns to take your marketing campaign to the next level. Reach out to your target audience by using pre-recorded or automatically generated voice calls. A new feature within Voice Campaigns is the dialing window, in which you can specify on which days and in which time frame your Voice Campaigns may be sent out.

Channels

The new Channels app is now live. This app helps you connect to new messaging channels and get an overview of your channels. For example: When you’re currently using SMS, and you would like to add the WhatsApp Business solution as a communication channel to your account, simply go to the Channels app and add WhatsApp. And that’s it! You will now also find an overview of your active channels on your Dashboard.

Address Book Cleaner

New in the Address Book is the option to ‘clean’ your email addresses. Cleaning means that Address Book will help you validate the email addresses in your contact list. Make sure that the email addresses in your list are even reachable and counter high bounce rates. The Address Book Cleaner will help you boost your campaign results and reach greater credibility. The Address Book cleaner tool is now available.
