Every day, over a hundred developers are working on improving the CM.com platform. In this update, we want to inform you about the latest changes made to improve your platform experience.

Apple Business Chat

Integrate Apple Business Chat into your communication suite and turn any conversation into a successful conversion. Enrich messages with Apple Pay, authentication, visual lists and scheduling templates. Apple Business Chat is now available from your Channels app.

Channels app

New channels are available in the Channels app! Besides SMS, you can now add Apple Business Chat, WhatsApp Business, RCS and Voice. Start onboarding your new channels right from within the Channels app.

Payments in Sign

In Sign, you can now easily add payment requests in your documents and contracts, besides requesting a signature. You need a payments account to add payment requests.

Block premium numbers

Get a grip on your outbound calling expenses. Besides black and white listing regular numbers, you can now block or allow calls to premium numbers. Adjust your settings in the Voice Management app. 

Try apps in Beta

Slowly but surely, you’ll find more and more of your favorite apps available in a Beta version. Let us know what you think by leaving your feedback and help us improve the platform.
