New connection agreement with VECOZO
VECOZO offers a safe and high-quality digital environment in which healthcare and it's supply chain parties can exchange administrative data. VECOZO has grown considerably in recent years. Legislation and regulations have changed. That is why VECOZO has started renewing agreements with its users. Now it's the turn of 50,000 healthcare providers, from the dentist on the corner to the large specialist hospital. "Of course we want to help them through the process and make it as easily as possible," says Johan Boons, innovation manager at VECOZO.
Previously, a lot was done via traditional mail. To save costs and time, VECOZO started looking for alternatives in addition to physical shipping and signing. Johan: “Previously it could take up to 28 days before the entire registration process was completed. Now this is possible in ten minutes thanks to the additional iDIN option. Moreover, the complete registration process has been digitized. It's a bit more efficient and therefore also cost effective. Moreover, we want to offer a higher level of security. Not only because of legislation, but also because of the demand from our clients".
Now a link can be sent via e-mail to the portal containing the agreement that is submitted for signature. Before access to that online environment, the user must be authenticated via iDIN. He can then view the document and sign it via Sign.

Collaboration with CM.com
CM.com was approached as a supplier for iDIN. In the first conversations, it soon became clear that CM.com could possibly mean more in this process. “CM.com recognized and understood our challenge. They also indicated that they were also working on the development of an online signing solution: Sign. In addition to iDIN, this perfectly suited our wishes" says Johan.
The collaboration was found quickly. VECOZO and CM.com jointly evaluated the existing processes, both practical and technical. These were then converted to a fully digital process. VECOZO, for example, has contributed to the development of Sign, from which other customers can benefit.

Involving supply chain partners
VECOZO will use iDIN in combination with Sign. Customers can also opt for physical identification. The campaign tools in the CM.com platform offer VECOZO the opportunity to quickly inform the chain partners via mobile communication channels.
