The Challenge

To further increase the growth of our Sales organization we are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Account Managers. In this role you will be part of the (Enterprise) Sales team, that is located at our headquarters in Breda. As an Account Manager you will focus on CM.com’s customers within the Software and CPaaS (Communication APIs) proposition. As an Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for a group of customers from a commercial perspective. You will also negotiate and renew agreements, while liaising with Product colleagues and Customer Success Managers ensuring upsell, cross-sell, retention and customer satisfaction.


What you’ll do

In addition to this, you will:

  • Manage a wide range of existing customers;
  • Build and manage long lasting relationships with key customers and partners;
  • Lead the Account sales cycle from proposal stage to contract stage and beyond;
  • Manage administrative tasks like contracts, policy/procedures, CRM, reporting;
  • Create and execute a customer account strategy;
  • Create account plans for the largest clients;
  •  Up-sell and Cross-sell within the existing customer-base;
  • Sell enhanced support offerings aligned to customer needs (identify opportunities, prepare/pitch offerings).


You have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and gain the confidence to work independently.


What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration or similar field of study preferred;
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ of work experience in sales; ideally with a tech, SaaS or telecom based company;
  • Work experience in a role as Account manager or equivalent;
  • Commercial drive;
  • Skilled contract negotiator and strategic thinker;
  • Your communication skills are above market standards;
  • Great social and convincing skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch;
  • Experience within the technology markets SaaS / CPaaS is a distinct advantage;
  • Experience with conversation / customer contact platforms is a pre;
  • Located in travel distance of our HQ (Breda, NL) is preferable.
