What you’ll do

 

The Team

100,000 possible connections for our customers in different countries, that's what we trade at Wholesale with our bilateral partners. A complex structure of customers who are both competitors and suppliers of our messaging products.


The Wholesale division within CM.com is responsible for recommending and acquiring the best routes for our customers with global coverage and does this at the attractively possible price and quality. Today the team consists of four Account Managers and due to strong growth, the team is looking for an extra Account Manager who will focus on an existing customer base.

 

The Role

As Account Manager Wholesale, you will connect with our bilateral partners around the world and stay in touch via phone, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams and post Corona via monthly regular meetups in Europe. In addition to a price-sensitive market, a good relationship with our partners is very important within the wholesale trade, so that you stay in contact with your stakeholders even more.


That is why we are looking for a reliable Account Manager, with a track record in building (distant) long-term relationships and partnerships and the ability to expand business based on these relationships. Partners would like to collaborate with you; you naturally have a ‘goodwill factor’.


You will work closely together with the other Account Managers in the team and the Wholesale & Trading Manager.


Location: Breda, the Netherlands (HQ), is preferrable. Other locations within Europe are open to discussion.

 

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience as an Account Manager;
  • Knowledge of the A2P messaging market;
  • Relevant experience in the Telecom sector is a big plus; 
  • Background in a tech savvy organization is a plus;
  • Excellent communicator, in English (fluent); Dutch is strongly preferred;
  • other languages, like Spanish, are a plus;
  • Naturally able to socialise, build and maintain relationships; you put quality of relationship over quality;
  • Commercial attitude;
  • Post Corona: willing to travel for work (events, congresses etc).
