CM.com is quickly growing and we have the ambition to rapidly scale our unique proposition of communication channels and mobile payments. A domain which is emerging globally under the name of ‘Conversational Commerce’. These communication channels, such as WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat and Voice form the beating heart of our business. Due to the continuous expansion with new channels and our unique position in the market, we are aiming to expand our Voice sales team with an experienced ‘Partner Manager Netherlands’.

In this entrepreneurial position you will be responsible for developing sustainable partnerships in the Dutch VoIP market, which will result in a significant increase in market share. We need a go-to-market sales specialist who understands the VoIP market and furthermore believes in the opportunities that new channels such as WhatsApp for Business and Apple Business Chat bring for our customers. You drive and execute the market strategy for new business, in addition to account management of some of our existing key customers and partners. In this role you work closely together with the sales and product teams to get the job done.  

You are perfectly comfortable with the ambiguity of a demanding organization in a fast changing eco-system. And logically, you love to operate on the frontier of digital transformation and mobile technologies.


What you’ll do

  • Create and execute a go-to-market plan for the Dutch VoIP partner & reseller market;
  • Account management of key partners;
  • Organize (online) demo’s and meetings with clients and partners;
  • Attending relevant (partner) events and congresses;
  • Provide marketing with input and requirements;
  • Work closely together with the CM.com Voice product team to optimize our proposition.


What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other commercial field;
  • Minimum of 7 years’ sales experience in telecom, mobile or marketing technology;
  • Experience within the technology markets / customer contact software SaaS, CPaaS or UCaas is a distinct advantage;
  • You have built a strong network in the industry (with C-level) and know how to use it in your role;
  • Communication skills above market standards;
  • You can convince people, negotiate deals and close opportunities;
  • You’re an excellent advisor who always sees possibilities to help customers innovate;
  • Ability to think long-term and set a strategy;
  • Your native language is Dutch and you have a excellent command of English;
  • Self-propelling team player;
  • Willing to travel for your job on a regular basis.
