The Challenge

Therefore CM.com is looking for a Project Manager to join our Global team.

We are looking for a top-talented professional who is willing to give her/his career a kick start and joining our Global Hub team together with the General Manager for International Expansion. 

The Global team is driven to scale up and stabilize CM.com Businesses globally by setting up new local operations in serial mode. 

You will develop clear processes to establish operation locally allowing local offices to operate independently and efficiently. You will partner up with several internal stakeholders such as Finance, R&D, Customer Support and Marketing. Next to this you will also be the linking pin between external parties such as local Marketing Agencies, Consultancy services, Recruitment partners.

You are the liaison between country management and the Head Quarter functions based in the Netherlands.  

 

Main Activities

 

  • Core responsibility is to enable the international offices to operate frictionless regarding invoicing, payments, contracts, banking, orders, technical support, localizing products, and campaigns.
  • Dealing with stakeholders with distinct needs and tasks on daily basis. Having in mind cultural differences, particular deadlines, and diverse business interests.    
  • Identify, execute, and monitor tasks for the continuous improvement system of each local office by engaging with the correspondent areas that will get the challenge solved. 
  • Partner with Country Manager and local team to fill in the pipeline of challenges and improvements for the local offices 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders from the HQ to sort out the challenges of the international offices
  • Manage cross-country team collaboration by sharing best-practices 
  • Visit prospect countries and locations

 

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent
  • Energetic and Flexible, able to easily adapt to local circumstances
  • Solution-oriented, self-starter, organized, disciplined, diligent, team-player.
  • Strong communicator (fluent in English is a requirement), thorough and accurate 
  • Hands-on approach with an out of the box thinking 
  • You are not afraid to think differently and speak up 
  • A strong set of personal ethics and values
  • A global citizen that can take various cultural perspectives, preferably have lived in emerging countries
  • You would love learning and grow within a very dynamic and creative organization
