Inbound Lead Development and Qualification & Outbound Lead Generation


The Challenge

To strengthen our Sales organization, we are looking for multiple enthusiastic and driven account Sales Development Representatives (SDR's). As an SDR you will be part of one of our multi-functional sales teams and you’ll take ownership over the incoming leads and create new ones through a variety of tools.


What you’ll do

In this role you are the first link of the Sales train, which is a very important one. You educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities. You have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and take advantage of the opportunities that you and your team members see. As you are daily in contact with leads, you are the first one who notice the result of our marketing campaigns, and you can help your marketing colleagues with refining the campaigns.

In addition to these activities, you are mainly concerned with:

  • Interacting with prospects through a variety of tools like, phone, email and social channels
  • Research accounts, identify new key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  • Successfully handle and overcome prospect objections
  • Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects
  • Organize demo appointments with prospects
  • Use our CRM (Dynamics) as your friend and keep it up to date
  • Hand over sales-ready opportunities to your Sales Account Executive colleague

The success in your role is reflected in the number of accepted SQL's that you transfer to your Field Account Executive or Account Executive colleagues and smaller prospects who board via the Self Service platform.


Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a commercial direction
  • Preferably you have 1-3 years’ work experience in a sales position
  • You are passionate about sales
  • You have excellent communication and social skills
  • You will speak Dutch and English fluent in written and spoken
  • You have a pro-active attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
  • You would like to develop you skill set on a daily basis to increase success
  • You are highly motivated to realize results and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Your analytical skills are good and are able to value leads and identify opportunities
  • Affinity with technology and/or work experience in a technical environment is a distinct advantage
