In order to further stabilize and grow our world-wide sales organization, offers post-graduates and young professionals a two-years’ Sales Traineeship (which is equal to a full time job). During these two years you will develop a broad variety of sales- and managerial skills to grow into a real sales professional, ready to further move into a desired position in our global sales organization.

What we offer: The Sales Traineeship

During your two-years’ Sales Traineeship, you’ll find yourself accomplishing three phases. Every phase relies on three modules in your day-to-day activities:

  • Learning on the job;
  • CM Academy and professional sales and skills trainings; and
  • Active coaching and mentoring from colleague-buddies and team leads.

The Sales Traineeship takes place in’s Lead Expert Team: a talent pool for the international sales organization full of enthusiastic, ambitious and entrepreneurial colleagues. Your main goal is to create highly qualified sales leads for our products and software portfolio. By working according the SaaS Sales Methodology, you will be responsible for educating, qualifying and developing new target accounts and inbound sales leads.

Besides your personal development, you will focus, together with your fellow Traineeship-colleagues, on improving and stabilizing the sales organization and its processes. You’ll work closely together with’s marketing department and Account Executives of the various sales PODs (a sales POD is a team of salespeople that works as a cohesive unit), in order to continuously improve interdepartmental cooperation.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial direction;
  • Ambitious in having a sales career;
  • Native in Dutch, fluent in English;
  • Eager to grow in the sales profession;

  • Entrepreneurial team player skills;
  • A beautiful personality and willingness to get inspired and to inspire others;
  • In travel distance of one of our offices in the Netherlands;
