CM.com in Enschede is part of our Conversational division. We enable consumers to communicate, interact and make payments with businesses using our Customer Contact software. We help business with our technology, to improve their customer service, not only in The Netherlands, but throughout Europe and also in the Middle East, South Africa and the USA. We integrate technology provided by global players such as Google, Apple, Twitter and Facebook into our platform. In addition, we combine other CM.com product features such as IP based voice products and AI/NLP bots to offer a competitive and compelling product for service desk employees globally.
As a Java developer you will be part of an international team of 6 software developers located in Enschede. We work closely with our Implementation Managers, Support and Product Manager in Breda. This role combines providing operational excellence on a solid development structure together with innovative new feature development opportunities (creating statistics, integrating new communication channels, and NLP/AI chat bots). You will analyse, design and implement required changes for the product so that it becomes a scalable, reliable and secure customer service platform for our customers. Additionally, you assist with clarifying technical issues or questions, and provide 2nd level support where requested by your colleagues.
To complement our team, we are looking for a developer with knowledge of Java and with an affinity for web development.
