What you’ll do


As a listed company, we have high standards for the quality of our business processes. In your role as Business Risk Manager, you direct, challenge and advise the management to document and implement operational processes, procedures and policies in a uniform manner, while monitoring the link with our strategic objectives. You support management in identifying and mitigating risks and analyze incidents. You also guide external auditors and certifying parties such as ISO and PCI-DSS.

You are able to understand CM.com’s ambition and strategy, identify gaps and weaknesses in the operation and drive plans for improvement. With your in-depth knowledge and relevant experience you give an energetic drive to our process organization and risk management.

We are looking for two Business Risk Managers:

-         a Business Risk Manager with focus on ISO / Assurance; and

-         a Business Risk Manager with focus on Finance. 

As Business Risk Manager, you will be part of the Risk team, that is located in Breda, our Headquarters. You will be working alongside the Head of Risk & Compliance, other Risk Managers, Information Security Officer, Compliance Manager, and Fraud Manager.

 

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (Information) Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or similar field of study preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in risk management, compliance, accounting and/or auditing (internal or external);
  • Excellent analytic skills;
  • A broad and structured view on business development and design;
  • Good knowledge of ISO, Lean, Agile or other management standards;
  • Familiair with management systems and Governance, Risk Management, Audit and Compliance (GRC) tools;
  • Experience with project and program management;
  • Excellent communication skills, critical and attention to detail;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written;
  • Great social, organizational, collaboration and convincing skills.
