To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Finance & Control Specialist.  

What you’ll do

So to further increase the growth of CM.com, we are looking for a Finance & Control Specialist, who knows exactly what to do to reach our goals. Do you love working with figures and are you curious about the accounting processes of our innovative and international growing tech company? And would it be a challenge for you to execute, optimize and standardize these processes? We believe we have a nice job for you!

You are part of the staff accounting team with in total 5 members and work closely together with the other teams like accounts payable, reporting, accounts receivable and credit control. As a valued member of our staff accounting team you are not afraid to get your hands dirty to solving day-today financial operations and championing perfect information to your stakeholders and authorities.  Together with the team you will work on the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing process for multiple entities in Netherlands and foreign entities (preparing specifications and reconciliations).

Other activities are for example:

  • Booking the payroll journal entry
  • Bonus accruals
  • Monitor correctness and completeness OPEX
  • Accrual accounting (cost / revenu / vacations)
  • Asset module including capitalization
  • Process and reconcile IC transactions including elimination (or rights/approval)
  • Foundation administrations (after project design is completed)
  • Connection and delivery of administrations of foreign entities

What you offer

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or comparable;
  • Minimum 5 years relevant Finance & Control experience ;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written;
  • You are available for at least 32 hours a week;
  • Living within travel distance of our office in Breda (HQ).
