To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Project Manager Finance.

What you’ll do

Do you have work experience within finance and you are looking for a new challenge? Do you have a can-do mentality? Do you get energy from complex projects? This is your next job!

As Project Manager Finance you will coordinate in large IT projects, strategy projects, mergers, divisions and change processes. For instance integrating a new acquired organization, were you will focus on financial point of view; integrate the administration, payment runs, invoicing, etc. Stakeholder management is crucial for a project manager within a dynamic and fast growing company. You make sure everyone is up to speed and that they have access to the right tools. By following the correct processes you are responsible for a smooth integration.

Examples of activities are:

  • Monitoring and managing the progress of the projects;
  • Identifying bottlenecks, dependencies and risks, analyzing and resolving them;
  • Ensuring an effective communication flow, both within the team and with external stakeholders

You are the central point of contact at the heart of all the financial projects. In this role you will report directly to our CFO.

What you offer

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or comparable;
  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably experience gained from a Big4 office;
  • Advanced planning and organizing, analytical and fact-based decision-making skills;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken;
  • You live in travel distance to one of our offices: Amsterdam, Utrecht or Breda (HQ). If you are living near our offices in Amsterdam or Utrecht you are open to travel at least 2 times a week to our HQ in Breda.

  • You don’t get easily stressed by pressure, on the opposite, a demanding and dynamic environment is what keeps you energized;
  • You have can-do mentality and a continuous improvement mindset; and
  • You are flexible and like working in a changing organization.
