To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Legal Counsel to support our business in Singapore and the other CM offices in the APAC region.
What you’ll do
CM.com is looking for a legal professional with a ‘can-do’ mentality who knows what is required to reach our goals. Do you have what it takes to join our organization in Singapore as a Legal Counsel?
The Legal Counsel will provide practical, business oriented legal advice to a fast-paced and global demanding business. The role of the Legal Counsel will be to review, draft and negotiate contracts and support the business on all legal aspects in an ever evolving and growing company.
As a listed company, we have high standards for the quality of our business processes. In the role as legal counsel you review, draft and negotiate the legal documents to be compliant, such as contracts with customers, suppliers and other third parties. You identify and mitigate contract risks, provide legal and compliancy insights where needed, support and advice in negotiations or tenders and corporate housekeeping. You will offer support to other CM offices mainly in the APAC region. From the office in Singapore you will be point of contact for all legal matters. You report to the Head of Legal for CM.com in the Netherlands.
