To help us achieve this mission we are looking for Regional HR Manager APAC.
What you’ll do
In this role you will be responsible for all people matters within the APAC region. The region exist of various countries like Japan, India and Singapore. You will support the organizational growth by hiring new employees and take care of all the recruitment activities. Besides you take care of all onboarding and training projects in the region. You make sure the CM’s annual HR performance cycle for all employees will be executed.
You are the face of CM.com’s HR in the business; it is important to work on internal relationship management with managers and employees. You are a the single point of contact for the managers when it’s about people matters. You support and drive management to obtaining their business objectives.
As Regional HR Manager you will be part of the HR team: Head of HR, HR Business Partners, Payroll and International Administrators and Corporate Recruiters. You will be work closely together with the team leads and managers of the APAC Region.
