This Role

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to be a leader and grow CM.com’s presence in North America.  We need a go-to-market specialist and builder who understands CPaaS, the omnichannel customer experience and mobile messaging to facilitate the growth of our business by supporting the Team and our customers. You are one of the specialists engaging with our customers and prospects. You assist in the sales process with technical challenges which range from onboarding new accounts, SMS integrations, short code provisioning, SQL queries, SIP/RTP traces and everything else in between. Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ needs and recommend the right solutions, ensuring the appropriate support is in place for the proposed architecture. You take a proactive approach in documenting and distributing your knowledge, enabling customers to troubleshoot issues themselves. Participate in product and integration meetings or calls. Furthermore, you’ll provide regular input for product and process improvements that will optimize efficiency. You are autonomous.  You own the responsibility for everything you do.  We enable a lot of freedom, support and guidance for you to ensure results are delivered.


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in CPaaS, A2P SMS, OTT, SIP, API integration as well as the telecommunication industry as a whole and ambition to take a deep dive in this matter and gain more expertise.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B technical support role or technical sales role, preferably for a CPaaS or SaaS company.
  • Technical solution expertise in a comparable  presales/project manager role.
  • Selling a SaaS solution to a non-technical audience is key.
  • Preferably located in the LA region
