The Challenge

Therefore CM.com is looking for a Lead Editor to join our Marketing team.

We want you to be the connection between our ideas within the CPaaS and SaaS environment and share it with the digital world. Within the Marketing organization you will be the Lead Editor for CM.com With your creative ideas your aim is to get our name out on an international scale. A measure of success would be getting on the radar of Bloomberg and Techcrunch without paying a fee!

Staying in touch with your consumer, driving Conversational Commerce as part of Cloud Software is key. To understand our business to the fullest you can work with our top technical and creative minds. After absorbing all this information you will do what you do best; Translating the brand strategy into thought leadership articles, doing in-depth research for example topics related to chatbots, methods of mobile payment, consumers within CPaaS and more. You will act as an Editor in Chief for all external communication.

 

We are looking for

  • Master degree in journalism, Media, Communication or Public Relations
  • Affinity with SaaS, CPaaS or UCaaS is a distinct advantage
  • Portfolio of published in-depth research articles or though leadership
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
  • Your written and verbal communication are top-notch
  • You’re familiar with the terminology and metrics of digital marketing, including at least SEO, SEA, social channels, and Google Analytics
