The Challenge

CM.com is growing fast, now that the world is preparing itself for Conversational Commerce.  All major chat apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat and WeChat are opening up new business applications with integrated payment possibilities.  We are uniquely positioned to enable our business customers to connect with their audience through these mobile communication channels.

As a product marketeer for our communications platform you make sure the CM.com sales organization is always equipped with the latest product knowledge, market insights and marketing collateral. You know exactly what is required for which channel and you are perfectly capable of translating these (often technical) specs into powerful and easy to understand marketing towards our clients and sales colleagues. These channels currently include WhatsApp for Business, Apple Business Chat, Voice, RCS and SMS and will soon be expanded with channels such as WeChat and Facebook Messenger. In this role you work closely together with the various product managers, as well as the global sales teams. You love to take ownership of the complete product marketing strategy and you provide input for topics such as pricing strategy and the development roadmap on a regular basis.

 

Requirements 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other commercial field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B product marketing role preferably for a SaaS/Marketing Technology company. Experience with Telecoms and APIs is a plus.
  • Thorough experience in planning and executing a full suite of product marketing collaterals
  • Experience with content marketing and copy-writing is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, proficiency in the German language is a plus
  • Located within commuting distance of our headquarters in Breda
