The Challenge

CM.com is growing fast, now that the world is preparing itself for Conversational Commerce. All major chat apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat and WeChat are opening up new business applications with integrated payment possibilities. We are uniquely positioned to enable our business customers to connect with their audience through these mobile communication channels.

We are also developing new products that complement our communication services. One of those new products is CM Sign, a fully paperless solution to electronically sign documents which are 100% legally valid. Another one is iDIN, a variant of the now famous iDEAL, which transfers validated personal information instead of currency. Both these products have massive potential. Because as the world around us becomes more connected and more digital, the need for secure and reliable processes is greater than ever. To capitalize on this development, we’re looking for a new product marketer.


What you’ll do

As a Product Marketer for CM Sign you are to become the expert on the subject of electronic signatures and electronic identification. You will do this be staying informed about laws and regulations, both on a national and European level. Additionally, you will keep track of the market: by analyzing what our competitors are doing and what the demand is from potential customers. You will process the knowledge you gather, so it can be used as input for product development, sales enablement and creating content for marketing. It is therefore essential to work closely together with the Product Manager and Sales Representatives for these products.

Among the marketing collateral you will create are highly convincing slide decks, that both you and your sales colleagues can use for sales pitches or webinars, webpages that you’ll update via our CMS and whitepapers that can be used to generate leads.

 

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other commercial field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B Marketing role preferably for a SaaS/Marketing Technology company
  • Experienced in content marketing, writing use cases, calculating Return on Investments
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Located in the area of Breda
