We are currently scaling Voice and its related products globally and to help us achieve this, we are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer.

What you’ll do

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be a member of the growing North American Marketing team. This role will work closely with both the Marketing Manager and Product Manager and will be responsible for creating marketing and sales enablement content to support our growing product portfolio. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop the product positioning and messaging that set products apart from others in the market and highlight unique selling points and competitive advantages. 
  • Follow and analyze market and competitor trends to position products to their fullest advantage.
  • Become the internal subject matter expert on competitor products, positioning and purpose.
  • Translate product features and technical details into user benefits and create unique value propositions. Use this information to build collateral including product pitches, briefs, web content, user success stories, etc.
  • Communicate the vision and value of products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process, including internal and external facing battlecards.


What you offer

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years-experience in product marketing, marketing, product, or related roles.
  • B2B SaaS experience is required, experience in CPaaS a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating content and/or copywriting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex products and concepts into easy-to-understand content.
  • Passion for writing and storytelling.
