As a Professional Services Consultant within you will be responsible for helping our customers to successfully implement and use a combination of our products (e.g. Customer Data Platform, Chatbots, Mobile Marketing tooling). In this role you will be facing (complex) integrations of our most valuable customers. Within we have over 40 different products and as a Professional Services Consultant you know which product can be the most effective for which customers. Together with the Sales team you convince customers by giving demos of our most successful integrations. The Sales team closes the deal; after this you will start a collaboration with the customers for the perfect integration and usage of a combination of multiple products. During this process you will call, e-mail and visit the customers for demo presentations, training and on-site implementations. On the backend of this process you will be deep diving into the Customer Data Platform using Json or JavaScript and then moving to a marketing campaign strategy.

  • A relevant Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics or Econometrics, Marketing or IT
  • 0-3 years of working experience in a fast-paced commercial company
  • A natural interest in data analytics and fact based reasoning
  • Relevant experience in presenting and/or giving demo’s
  • Knowledge of Json or JavaScript is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Located within travel distance from our HQ in Breda
