The Challenge

CM.com is growing fast, now that the world is preparing itself for Conversational Commerce.  All major chat apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat and WeChat are opening up new business applications with integrated payment possibilities.  We are uniquely positioned to enable our business customers to connect with their audience through these mobile communication channels.

To speed up our growth, we are looking for a Product Manager with experience in selling/scaling a SaaS product within a fast growing and changing environment. You will work on our Mobile Marketing Cloud (MMC) proposition and bring this to a new level of maturity. This product is designed to give marketers the tools and insights to optimize their marketing campaigns via the various channels that CM offers. Your key customers will be marketing managers from B2C companies for example within Leisure, Retail, Travel, Recruitment and so on. In our product portfolio you will have an end-to-end responsibility.

You will identify and deliver functional and technical requirements for the product together with the development team based on merit and profitability. In order to do so, you need to reach out to (international) colleagues and customers to gain insights in; customer needs, market developments, SaaS business models, NPIs, P&L, market developments, legal challenges and risk management. Your development team will be located in Breda (HQ), the Sales teams are located in over 14 different locations, such as: Paris, Barcelona, London, LA, Kaapstad, Singapore and more.

Requirements & Skills

  • A Master’s degree, preferably with a technical background
  • A strong affinity with technology and software development
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling a (SaaS) product or portfolio
  • You can show examples of products you have launched
  • Experienced in subjects as: pricing, technical translation to and from developers, complex stakeholder management, structuring a roadmap
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • You are available for 40 hours a week
  • Located on travel distance from Breda
  • Willingness to travel, also internationally
