The Challenge

CM.com is growing fast, now that the world is preparing itself for Conversational Commerce.  All major chat apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat and WeChat are opening up new business applications with integrated payment possibilities.  We are uniquely positioned to enable our business customers to connect with their audience through these mobile communication channels. 

To speed up our growth, we are looking for a Product Manager in our Ticketing team. Our Ticketing team enables event organizers to open their own ticket shop online and start selling tickets right away. We focus on excelling in the mobile customer journey by supporting our customers with data driven insights and powerful marketing tools.


What you’ll do

You know exactly what how to reach our compelling growth goals. You will identify and deliver on functional and technical requirements of the product together with the development team. In order to do so, you need to reach out to colleagues and customers to gain insights in; market developments, customer needs, current business models, legal challenges and risks. You prioritize development based on merit and profitability and you take the steps necessary to the product a success. As a Product Manager within CM.com you are an entrepreneur with a drive for results.


Requirements 

  • A Bachelor degree, preferably with a technical background
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience within product management, preferably within a software company.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • You are available for 40 hours a week
  • Flexibility to work on evenings or weekends of the Ticketing events
  • Located in the area of Breda
