The Challenge
CX Company (Part of CM.com) is looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager for DigitalCX in Germany. DigitalCX is an enterprise conversation platform supporting chatbots, artificial intelligence and self-service on websites, in apps and social media such as Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. Resulting in more than 4 million automated interactions per day, higher NPS scores, reduced call volumes and a happier workforce.
The Sales Manager works as an individual contributor and will be responsible for new business development in the German market. To keep fuelling the exponential growth and expansion you will understand the market and specific challenges. Together with the centralized headquarters in the Netherlands and its sales, marketing and product management, you will devise a go-to-market strategy, based on the understanding of the market's specific challenges and needs, working closely with them to execute the plan.
In this role it is important to understand omnichannel customer experience and engagement. You are able to think in automated solutions for existing processes and therefore know how to create a win-win situation. You will need to remain current with technological advances, exceptional product knowledge and thoroughly understand your clients’ needs to provide optimal solutions. Through marketing leads, networking at (local) events, extensive communication and an awareness of ongoing client requirements, you are expected to develop, grow and expand business partner relationships.
You are autonomous and focused on creating processes for acquiring the largest and most innovative clients across key verticals to fuel our rapid growth. You own the responsibility for developing and maintaining key account plans that identify opportunities, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales. We enable a lot of freedom, support and guidance for you to run your sales activities to ensure results are delivered.
