We're thrilled to announce that the new and improved TraceDock will be arriving at the end of May 2023! After months of hard work and extensive testing, we have developed a product that we are sure you will love.

In order to ensure the stability, scalability, and maintainability of our product, we have been working hard to integrate TraceDock into the CM.com platform. This will provide you with a more seamless experience and will allow us to better serve your needs.

We understand that you may be wondering how this migration will impact your business and your implementation of TraceDock. That's why we wanted to take a moment to explain the upcoming events.

• As of the sending of this email on May 3d, 2023, we will create a maintenance window on the CM.com status page for the upcoming migration dates. The migration dates are planned for May 22nd, 2023 and May 24th, 2023.
• We will provide individual customers with their migration schedule and details about the expected impact. We will do our utmost to ensure that any noticeable impact is minimized. This communication will be sent out today, May 2nd, 2023.
• Once the migration is complete, you will be asked to log onto the CM.com platform. From there, you will be able to request a new password that will allow you to log onto the TraceDock app within the CM.com platform. Please note that the old URL for accessing TraceDock (portal.tracedock.com) will be decommissioned.

TraceDock & GA4 readinesss

As the Universal Analytics sunset date approaches rapidly, with only two months left until July 1st, we have been working hard to ensure Tracedock's functionality is supported in the new Google Analytics 4 environment.

We are excited to announce that Tracedock will be migrated into the CM.com platform and we will be providing support for Server-Side Transactions for Google Analytics 4 via Tracedock.

Furthermore, we are currently testing a new approach to enable first-party data collection and cookieless tracking before the Universal Analytics sunset date. We will provide an update on May 19th, 2023, so please stay tuned.
