- We have improved the request flows for WhatsApp Templates. It provides a more consistent and reliable experience.
- Enjoy an improved developer experience (Beta users): All the information you need to send out a template is now displayed directly within the template.

Voice integration now available.
- You can now build your own voicebot within our Conversational AI Cloud. Conversational IVR makes it possible to automate conversations via phone.
The CM.com ticket shop has been updated by adding two important features.
- You are now able to customise your shop even further by adding visuals per category, ticket type and extras.
- Besides, you can now add extra (cross-sell) steps in the ticket flow. This results in a separate page for each product category (lockers, tokens, merchandise etc.).
