Event organizations are increasingly using the personalization of tickets. A personalized ticket is used for the following reasons: 

  1. To prevent the resale of tickets on the black market and therefore minimize it.
  2. To optimise security by being able to identify the visitors. 

After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a button "personalize tickets". This link takes you to a page where you have to fill in the following information: First and last name, email and date of birth of each visitor. 

During the personalization process it is important that a unique email address is used for each ticket.
