When F1 race-enthusiasts wanted to purchase exclusive tickets for the Dutch Grand Prix race, all they had to do was send a message to the F1 Dutch Grand Prix number (messages were sent directly to the dedicated number or a message conversation box was prompted via QR code).
To send a message and secure tickets to the Dutch Grand Prix, customers had to initiate conversations by simply sending the word ‘tickets’ to the official account. Within Apple Business Chat, the consumer could then speak to a bot, which would ask the customer what type of tickets the consumer would like to request.

In the case of the Dutch Grand Prix, a small registration fee of $1 was applied and charged via Apple Pay.
