Sewan is a fast growing French MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) with strong ambitions to roll out services throughout Europe this year. Sewan connected to CM Telecom’s SMS Gateway to process sms notifications for its customers.
Sewan, headquartered in Paris, has been awarded the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award from 2012 to 2015. It services its 22.000 clients and 240.000 end users with fixed telephony, sms messaging, SIP Trunking and more telecom related solutions. “We are a one-stop-shop for customers looking for datalinks, telecom solutions and Skype integrations”, CTO with the company, Stanislas de Goriainoff, explains. “Another advantage we have is that we tend to create products and serve customers faster than larger operators as we’re still a small operator.”
Sewan has teamed up with CM Telecom in France for its push sms platform. The connection with CM Telecom France allows customers of Sewan to send out sms notifications to their clients and prospects. Sewan’s customers use for instance their own email program like Outlook to send out notifications with Mail to SMS. The previous provider of Sewan cancelled that service. “That was for us an opportunity to look for a new provider. We already knew Jeremy Delrue of CM Telecom. We found out CM’s SMS Gateway is not only cheaper, but also more reliable and easier to integrate in our IT systems.”
Companies are always looking for the best way to reach their consumers and the rise of mobile technology offers them new opportunities to achieve this goal.
In addition to various messaging services, the platform also provides solutions for calling through SIP trunking, SMS Analytics for companies, phone number validation and online identification solutions such as two-factor authentication (2FA).
We offer a hybrid solution for companies to reach their target audience, anytime and anywhere.
