Channels - Interactive Template WhatsApp 

You can now request your own WhatsApp Interactive Template directly in Channels. We have also improved the WhatsApp template request interface making it faster and more intuitive to use!

Channels - Monthly Active Users 

To give you peace of mind and insights on your current use of your Monthly Active Users bundle (MAU), in Channels you can now see the total amount of users you've had a conversation with during the current month.

Pages - Interaction events in Customer Data Platform

Interaction events like clicks, visits and filled in forms in Pages are now also registered in our Customer Data Platform. This makes it possible for you to create segments based on this data and further personalize your marketing campaigns.

Voice - Voice Management app 

For our Resellers, we have made it easier to manage accounts via a refreshed Voice Management app. Take a look at it directly on our Platform.

Voice - Early Access: Speech transcription & voice-driven IVR

The adoption of home automation devices such as Google Home and Amazon Alexa has greatly increased the quality and usability of speech recognition technology. This also opens up opportunities to innovate in the space of traditional voice technology such as IVR. The old-school DTMF-based IVR menus can now be replaced by much more user-friendly speech-driven chatbots. Imagine just talking to a bot that automatically provides you the right answer or connects you to the right department, instead of wrestling yourself through a jungle of ‘press 1 for this, press 2 for that’ menus. This increases customer satisfaction and reduces operational cost.

In collaboration with our recently acquired chatbot partner CX Company and the adoption of Google’s speech transcription and Google Wave Text-to-speech technology, we can now offer early access to voice-drive bots.

Voice - Coming soon: DNS based SIP Trunk connectivity

Connect with CM.com SIP Trunking via a URL (e.g. sip-eu.cm.com) to further simplify the integration with our Platform. DNS-based connectivity automatically load balances over our geographically redundant IP addresses. Available November 2020.
