What is a CDR, and where can I get it?

Updated 1 year ago

CDR stands for ‘Call Detail Record’ and provides a complete, detailed overview of all the calls made over a certain period of time. A CDR typically includes the account name, A and B numbers, destination, call duration and timestamp. Optionally the cost per call can be shown.

You can retrieve CDRs in different ways:

  1. Download via https://voiceapp.cmtelecom.com
  2. Retrieve via our CDR API. Credentials and documentation can be retrieved from https://voiceapp.cmtelecom.com
  3. Retrieve via a sFTP. For more details, please contact [email protected]
