  1. You can be under review, did you upload your documents and fill out your details in your wallet, we might need to review all your details and this takes approximately 1 business day. We want to make sure the accounts are not used for any illegal activities such as spam or phishing. When you provide us with a scanned copy of a document on which we can find your trade register number (ie. chamber of commerce document/ or an document with your registration number and company information), we can make this match.

  2. You might be banned and your access to our services is denied.
