How to add ticket categories

Adding ticket categories makes it easy for ticket buyers to orientate themselves in your ticket shop. Create categories for different ticket types – e.g. Friday tickets, Saturday tickets, Weekend tickets. Add one or multiple ticket types to each category. Not created ticket types yet? Step-by-step guide

  1. Select the tab Event Settings
  2. Open the tab Tickets
  3. Press the button New Ticket Category. A lightbox appears.
  4. Fill in the Category Name
  5. Press Save
  6. Drag and drop ticket types in the categories
