Ticket types automatically online and offline

When created multiple ticket types in your ticket shop, without extra settings, all tickets will be visible when the ticket shop goes live. It is also an option to specify the purchase period per ticket type. This article gives a step-by-step overview on how to set different ticket types automatically online and offline.

  1. Select the Event settings tab
  2. Select the Tickets tab
  3. Select the event in the drop down menu
  4. Click on the ticket type bar to specify a purchase period
  5. Click on the text Show advanced options
  6. Select the checkbox Specify purchase Period
  7. Click on the field to select a date(range) and timeframe in the calendar
  8. Press Save

Note: the status of the ticket type is automatically Offline. This means that the ticket type is not visible in the ticket shop until the purchase period starts.

It is possible to keep the specified purchase period, but already showing the ticket type in the ticket shop. In order to do this, follow the next steps:

  1. Click Status on the dropdown menu
  2. Change Offline to Currently not in sale
  3. Press Save
