When messages cannot be delivered there can be several reasons for this. Most likely it is related to one of those reasons:

  • Conversational window closed (see article about conversational window)
  • You tried to send content which is not supported by the channel
  • User has blocked you
  • User lost it’s internet connection (we will try to deliver the message for 24hrs) - customer contact message not delivered
