It’s possible to handle a refund through CM Tickets. There may be various reasons why a refund can be initiated. You can make use of the refund form. You can request this form through your account manager or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
Never send the refund form to your visitors, but always fill it out yourself. The refund process is automated and the filled in values will be used to carry out the payment. Keep close attention that, for example, the IBAN-number is correct. The form needs to be filled in separately per order (refund).
If you wish to refund more than 20 orders at once, please contact your account manager at CM Tickets or send an e-mail to [email protected] Mention that it’s regarding more than 20 orders at once.
- Ask your account manager to send you the form, or contact us through [email protected]
- Follow the steps in the form.
- The form is submitted and the ticketing team will process your request.
- Within 10 working days the amount is wired back to your visitors bankaccount.
