Event organizations are increasingly using the personalization of tickets. A personalized ticket is used for the following reasons:
- To prevent the resale of tickets on the black market and therefore minimize it.
- To optimise security by being able to identify the visitors.
After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a button "personalize tickets". This link takes you to a page where you have to fill in the following information: First and last name, email and date of birth of each visitor.
During the personalization process it is important that a unique email address is used for each ticket.
