How do I see who in a group was present and who wasn't?

This data is available via the Visitors export. 

  1. Go to Analytics > Visitors
  2. Click the filter icon
  3. Activate Add guest list
  4. Click the download icon
  5. Select Data per visitor
  6. Click on export data
  7. Open the excel file
  8. In column U of the Excel "Status" you can see who has and who has not visited your event.
    - Checked-in means that the user has attended
    - Valid means that the ticket was not scanned
