You want to have an SMS number to use in Customer Contact.
You can request a number in Channels.
Go to your CM.com Dashboard
Click on Channels
Click on add Number.
Select the country and choose a Machine-to-machine Number (M2M)
When your request is approved you can click on add destination under incoming messages.
Choose Customer Contact.
The number will be linked instantly to your Customer Contact app.
