To enable or disable payment methods, navigate to the Seated Ticketing dashboard. In the ‘Settings’ menu on the left side, you’ll find the page ‘Payment Methods’.
On this page you can manage the payment methods that are available for you. Here it is possible to separately activate and deactivate payment methods for the ticket shops and for the box office module. After saving the changes, the payment methods will be available to your visitors immediately.
If a payment method is grayed out, it means that this payment method is not available to you. If you still want to offer this payment method to your visitors, please contact your contact person at CM.com.
