This Privacy Policy describes how CM.com Netherlands B.V. (“we”) uses your personal information when you download and install the McMoney Application on your mobile device.

McMoney is an app that enables Telecommunication companies to test and check the quality of the routes they use to send SMS traffic for their customers.
Our customers can request a test PHONE NUMBER for a specific country and operator. If the request matches your operator and you’ve set yourself as available in the settings of your application, we may provide your mobile telephone number to our customers. The number is provided for one (1) single test. The SMS you receive is a standard SMS text message without any premium costs. We have strict agreements with all our customers regarding the use of the service and the protection of your personal data. Our customers are not allowed to use your mobile number for any other purpose and are under strict conditions with regard to the protection of your personal information.
When you download and install the McMoney application on your mobile device, you are explicitly asked to provide the following personal information:
Your e-mail address
Your e-mail address is required upon registration and may be used to contact you regarding your use of the McMoney application or to transfer the money you earned to your online wallet and / or payment service (e.g. PayPal). Your e-mail address will never be disclosed to our customers or any third party unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement we have with you (to pay your compensation) or we are legally obliged to do so.
Your mobile telephone number
We use your mobile telephone number to provide the testing service to our customers. Upon installing the McMoney application, we ask for your explicit consent to store, share and disclose your telephone number to our customers for testing purposes. You receive a single SMS text message every time a customer uses your telephone number to test the network of your operator. We compensate you for each test by means of a monetary compensation.
We take all appropriate state of the art security measures to prevent any unauthorized access to your personal data. In our security policy and procedures we ensure that only authorized employees have access to data, that access to the data is protected and that all security measures are regularly monitored. Our services and messaging platform are all designed and developed based on ISO27001 standards.
All our customers are obliged to maintain a high level of security while processing your telephone number. Your Personal data shall not be transferred to any customer without a valid and binding agreement covering the data protection and IT Security.
If you no longer consent to the use or disclosure of your personal information as outlined in this policy, please delete the McMoney application from your mobile device. If you want to request an overview of your personal data, request a list of all organizations to whom we disclosed your telephone number, or ask us to remove or correct your data, please send an e-mail outlining your request to [email protected]
If you delete the application from your mobile device your Personal information will no longer be used and/or disclosed to any third party, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
