What you’ll do


As Account Executive you will be part of the SME Sales team, located in Breda (HQ).


In this role you will be responsible for helping CM.com’s (potential) clients, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), during the selection and decision phase in the sales process. Your main task is to convert qualified leads into committed clients. The purpose of your job is to educate clients during the product buying phase and convince them that CM.com the right fit for them. Customer centric thinking is part of your DNA. You present a clear view on how CM.com’s Platform will meet their business challenges. When the client has chosen for CM.com, it’s your job to introduce the Customer Success (CSM) to provide the best in class onboarding and integration.


In addition to this, you are mainly concerned with:

  • Interacting with multiple levels in Tier1 organizations through phone, LinkedIn, email or face-to-face;
  • Organize (online) demo’s and meetings to help DMU’s during the selection and decision phase;
  • Interact with your colleagues to give customers the best experience;
  • Daily helicopter view to see which leads need attention or action;
  • Use our CRM (Dynamics) as your friend and keep him up to date;
  • Make customers fall in love with your knowledge to help innovating their business.


The success in your role is reflected in the number of qualified leads you have converted into committed clients. You will work closely together with your sales colleagues (among others the Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success Managers) and report to the team’s Sales Lead.


What we’re looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration or similar field or study;
  • At least 3-5 years’ (direct) sales experience;
  • Proven sales track record;
  • Passionate about sales and a commercial mindset;
  • Excellent communication skills, in English and Dutch; 
  • Good analytical skills and you’re able to value leads and identify opportunities; 
  • Great convincing, negotiating and closing skills;
  • Experience within the technology markets SaaS, CPaaS or UCaas or customer contact software is a distinct advantage;
  • Experience with the SaaS Sales methodology is preferable;
  • Availability: full time job.
