To help us achieve this mission we are looking for an Account Manager, to become part of our DigitalCX Sales team. Location: Breda (HQ) / Utrecht.
What you’ll do
DigitalCX, as of July 2020 part of CM.com’s proposition, is the conversational AI cloud, which is the conversation platform behind chatbots, virtual assistants and FAQ-modules. We have clients using DigitalCX across 20 countries in all verticals, like ING, Vattenfall, ASR, Ben, Juridisch Loket and Missguided.
As a DigitalCX Account Manager you are the day to day commercial liaison between the client and the operation or partner. You have dedicated accounts and your main focus is to keep the client innovating but most of all happy. Happy clients lead to easy renewals and upsells, which is the main purpose of your job. You can easily work out the client’s DMU.
Apart from that, you inform our clients about our roadmap and new features, you initiate Quarterly Business Reviews with the clients and have (bi)weekly calls and meetings with them. So you need to learn the ins and outs of our platform, DigitalCX!
The Team
You will work alongside six other dedicated DigitalCX account managers, all handling around 1.5 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will also work closely together with the rest of CM.com’s sales organization, with marketing, development and product.
