To handle the growing market demand for conversational commerce channels like WhatsApp Business, Apple Business Chat and Google Rich Business Messaging, we are looking for Customer Success Managers to strengthen our Conversational Commerce Sales team.
Conversational commerce is the intersection of using social messaging apps and shopping via mobile devices. CM.com is official Business Solution Provider for the global social messaging market leaders and operates between tech-giants and enterprise organizations providing communication platform solutions. We help organizations successfully use next generation communication channels for interaction with their customers.
We need sales people that are comfortable with the ambiguity of demanding organizations in fast changing eco-systems. And who like to operate on the frontiers of digital transformation and mobile technologies.

As a Customer Success Manager you’re responsible for helping CM’s clients during the integration and onboarding phase. The purpose of your job is to coordinate the correct working and use of the Conversational Commerce Channels to enable and improve customer use cases and business drivers. Customer centric thinking is part of your DNA.
What you’ll do
With your organizational skills and customer centric vision you are able to onboard new clients of CM.com. This phase is crucial within the customer buying journey and this experience has to be outstanding. Together with the customer you will organize an official kick off, define success metrics, and measure results. During the onboarding and go live phase you will be the point-of-contact for the customer. You will work closely together with your CM colleagues to get customers live and actively use the product within the timeframe of expectations.
