To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to continue and improve professionally their sales career by joining one of the fastest growing listed tech companies in our Munich office.
The team in Munich started in 2021 and is responsible for selling our Payments and SaaS solutions in the DACH Region. We are offering a wide range of payment methods as a Payment Service Provider, but also offer products like payment-links in combination with our mobile marketing cloud.
Your main job will be to onboard our cutting-edge Payments and SaaS solutions with our (new) customers. As a Customer Success Manager you are able to help merchants during the onboarding phase and support with technical implementation based on your technical in-depth knowledge of the CM.com platform.
What you’ll do
As one of the Customer Success Managers you support the sales organisation with onboarding new merchants. You share best practices and help the customer gain deeper insights. You safeguard timelines, challenge assumptions and continually offer guidance and support. You bring your A-Game to every interaction with colleagues and customers and never fly on auto-pilot. You are ultimately successful when your customer recommends us on to others.
